PART 1:  Installing the Eco Plastic Dispenser

2

Locate the box label, and place the box on a flat surface with the label on top.
3

Carefully open the box with a utility knife.
4

Locate the directions for the installation and the “installation kit” in the top of box.

The kit contains:
• A key for using the dispenser with locking feature
• A lever for using the dispenser in an unlocked, easy access format
• A white block that is used in the back of the dispenser for controlling the dispenser size, either 1 ml or 2ml
• Screws and lags for installation

5

Remove the dispenser from the box.
6

For “easy access format” locate the lever in the installation kit and install it in the top of the dispenser.
• The lever has a thick side and a thin side
• The thin side goes to the front of the dispensers
7

Hold the dispenser against the wall where it will be installed and make sure it is level.
8

Then mark the location of the screw holes on the wall.
9

Drill the holes with a 3/16 drill bit or masonry bit for tile or concrete walls.
10

Tap the lags into place.
9

Start the screws and tighten half way.
11

Place the dispenser on the screws and tighten the screws all the way.
19

The dispenser is now ready for use.

The Eco II is installed the same way with the following differences:
• The lever comes installed on the dispensers
• The dispensing size adjustment is done with a screw in the back of the metal dispensing lever
• The nameplate comes uninstalled and must be snapped into place
• There is an up and a down on the nameplate and the “up arrow” is molded into the back of the plate

PART 2:  INSTALLING A BOTTLE

15

Open the dispenser.
14

Remove the outer cap on top of the bottle, and recycle the cap.

CAUTION: Do not open the lid as the vacuum will be lost and the bottle will not dispense properly.

16

Insert the bottle without the outer cap onto the dispenser. Be sure the bottle is inserted with the ledge between the cap and the bottle.
17

The correct installation should look like  the picture, with the cap and valve below the ledge. The plastic “hooks” can then engage the valve and dispense the product.

Then close the cover.

19

The first press of the dispensing lever starts the process and the second press will dispense product.
18

As the bottle empties, it will collapse as shown. Please recycle the bottle when empty.

PART 3:  Trial Installation Set‐up

20

When using a Trial Installation, use the “TestMarket” sticker on the dispenser. Carefully place the sticker in the center of the upper part of the dispenser and be sure it is straight.

These stickers are available at our headquarters.

A properly installed sticker.

Always use the trial Survey Sheet to record the preference of the employees at the site. This sheet clearly shows the results of the trial, “Do they like it better than the old product?”

The Trial Survey Sheets are available at our headquarters.

Tape up the sheet as close to the dispenser as possible. Some sales people like to leave a “pencil on a string” attached to the sheet as well.

The trial installation should not take longer than one week.
